Character Background: A Vampire of sorts who has been bitten by an ancient mask of a dark extinct civilisation. Hates the Joestar family and have been 'killed' by them from time to time.(Basically I'm going to take him from the end of the JoJo Anime) Being an immortal that has been living for hundreds of years, he sips blood of humans much like a vampire do, only he doesn't bite their necks but instead uses his hands and dives it into the human flesh and suck the blood like that. Has a big rivalry going on with Kujo Jotarou, grandson of Josef Joestar.

Character Plans: Try to take over the world via the Tournament maybe, by winning it or something like that. But before that, he needs to get more strength from his last fight with Jotarou(which Jotarou thought Dio was killed until I took the helm as Dio's writer), so he's going to be going around killing people.

Character Strength: When he sucks other people's blood, it gives him enormous strength and also rejuvenates any lost energy. It also cures all injuries that he sustained when he sucks someone's blood. His Stand, "The World", is also a big point of his strength. A bit of background info on Stand, Stand is basically a form manifestation of a person's psychic powers, only Stand users can see other Stand. A normal human cannot see a Stand. Anyway, the Stand that Dio uses, "The World" is a Stand with enormous strength, speed and the ability to stop time. Only one Stand in the world is rival to it and that is Jotarou's "Star Platinum".
