Character Background:
Born in the Soviet Union at the height of its power, the man who someday
would be known as M Bison had an insatiable appetite for knowledge. He had
to learn, discover and uncover everything. It was little suprise then that
this trait landed him a position in the KGB. On one of his missions for his
masters he met a lonely lady by the name of Rose. She possessed a power that
Bison had never dream of, the power to tap into the soul itself. Abandoning
his mission, he begged her to be his teacher. He proved to be an apt pupil.
Too apt perhaps. Bison's greatest flaw was that "he could not exist within,
only without". Mastery of the inner self was meant to bring forth
enlightenment in a person. In Bison, the sheer degree of power he gained in
a short span of time awakened in him a lust for temporal power. It is hard
to say exactly when Bison changed from a curious but well-meaning student
into a sociopathical megalomaniac but the change in him was absolute. When
he left his teacher, there was nothing remaining of the original M Bison.
Whispers in shadowed corners speak of pacts with powers beyond most mortal
ken. Powers that could gift a man with incredible abilities. And steal the
last vestiges of his humanity.
Character Plans:
Nothing short of utter and total world domination. Through his orgainization
Shadowlaw Bison plans to remake the world in his image. Continued progress
in his Psycho Power are also precious to him. Bison longs for the day when
he can truely take control of a person's mind and reshape him or her into an
extension of his will.
Character Strength:
Possessing vast psychic abilities, M Bison's reported powers include
telepathy, mind control, teleportation, flight, chi blasts and his infamous
Psycho Crusher. His party tricks aside, Bison is also a cunning strategist
and utilises his inherent charisma to control the underworld.
Character Weakness:
Bison is afflicted with a certain sense of whimsy. His fey moods and
mecurial temper has made working directly under him a risky proposition at
best. Besides this, Bison possesses a measure of sadism in him and will go
out of his way to corrupt honorable Street Fighters and send them to battle
their own allies.
